Shackles - Batch Tested

A vast array of sizes, strengths and types of shackles are available. Based on out off-road experience, we offer two sizes of bow shackle, as they are, for 95 of applications, the most commonly used types.

These bow shackles are more than adequate for even the most demanding of off-road conditions. WLL (Working Load Limit) ratings are stamped on the shackles and they are batch tested, combining excellent value for money with peace of mind needed for such an essential piece of off-roading equipment.

Green Pin Shackles - Individually Tested

Similar to standard Batch Tested shackles, however these are individually tested and certitfied to their rated load. We strongly advise that users of Kinetic Energy Recovery Rope use these shackles rather than standard types to ensure maximum safety.

Swivel Recovery Point - Zinc Passivated

This high strength recovery point. Attached to a secure and solid point on the chassis or bumper of the vehicle, this recovery point allows more convenient access than JATE rings, and the swivel mouning allows the shackle to rotate freely.

JATE Rings - Galvanised

JATE Rings are designed to replace the factory fitted tie-down loops. The original loops are not stong enough to be suitable for use as recovery points. These rings provide strong towing and winching points bolted directly to the chassis.

Supplied individually with a suitable replacement longer bolt and new nylock nut.
