Placing Your Order

1. Your NAME, FULL POSTAL ADDRESS, Telephone Number and, where available, Fax and e-mail contacts.
2. Vehicle Type e.g. Land Rover Series III, Land Rover 90/110, Discovery, Range Rover etc.
3. Wheelbase e.g. 88inch (SWB), 109inch (LWB), 90, 110, 130, LSE etc.
4. Body Type e.g. Pick Up, Hardtop, Station Wagon, 3-door, 5-door etc.
5. Year of manufacture e.g. 1989
6. Chassis/VIN Number e.g. SALLDVAF7MA950000
7. Engine type/size e.g. 200 Tdi, 2.5litre Diesel, Td5 etc.
8. Engine number & Compression ratio e.g. 35500001F 8.13:1 CR
9. Give as full a description as possible (Land Rover part numbers will help if you know them).
10. In the case of trim parts COLOUR may be very important.

If you are not from one of the countries listed you will not currently be able to order on-line through our website. You do, however, have the option to use our excellent LiveQuote system. This operates in much the same way as an on-line ordering system, but we have to work out the cost of carriage in-house before you can place an order.

Select the items you wish to purchase and build up your basket, as normal; when you go to the 'Checkout' simply select 'Submit LiveQuote' and you will be asked for a few details. Press 'Submit LiveQuote' and the site will automatically e-mail these to us, along with your list, and we will reply within 3 working days with an accurate total cost including carriage (and VAT where applicable). If you wish to order the items once you have received our LIVEQuote reply, you may place the order either over the internet, telephone or fax. Details of how to order will be given in our reply to you.

Pricing & Delivery

• All quoted prices exclude carriage and VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Within most of the Mainland U.K. (excludes some Scottish postcodes and N. Ireland) delivery up to 25Kg costs £7.95 +VAT per parcel (subject to size restrictions). Online Ordering carriage rates are worked out by our system.
• Throughout most of Europe - Euro Parcel service up to 30Kg costs £25.00 +VAT (subject to size restrictions).
• Carriage quotes available for most other countries are available on request.
• VAT, presently 17.5%, is payable only on orders for delivery within the UK & European Fiscal Area.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

• We accept: AMERICAN EXPRESS, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, VISA, VISA Debit, CONNECT, SOLO, SWITCH, MAESTRO
• When ordering, please quote your Card number, its expiry date, the three-figure security code on the reverse of the card (or the batch code on the front of AMEX cards), and the registered cardholder's name and address.
• You may also pay by STERLING CHEQUE made payable to: FAMOUS FOUR PRODUCTS LIMITED
• Telex or Bank Transfer is also possible - please contact us for our bank details.
• For UK customers, payment by POSTAL ORDER or CASH (sent only by Registered Mail) is acceptable.
